Experience
Our team has extensive experience working in the ECE field.
Yasmeen Sallam, MS & BS, is an Administrator of three centers in the Bay Area for 15+ years. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with focus in Human Resources & Marketing with a minor in Human Development specializing in Early Childhood Education as well as a Master of Science in Early Childhood Education. She has over 25 years of experience as a volunteer, teacher, trainer, mentor, and now as an administrator. Her philosophy is that children are the future and our greatest investment is to enrich children with a stimulating loving environment filled with intention, curiosity, and wonder from the moment they are brought into this world.


Program Evaluation, Design, and Support
We provide expertise, program evaluation and design, training and coaching, planning and resources in areas foundational to serving early childhood years 0-5. We will help you to build a program with the tools to help all our owners, staff, families, and children in your care to be successful. Training and coaching support is customized and based on your specific program goals and evaluation and delivered at a pace that makes sense for your program.
